I would like some fairly easy recipes or ideas that use the Oreo Mint Creme cookies. I don't like them by themselves. I'd rather not have the recipes to the grasshopper pie or any kind of ice cream pie, please. Thank you!!

Ingredients:
8-12 Oreo Mint Creme Cookies, finely chopped
1 qt. (4 cups) vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt

Preparation:
STIR cookie pieces into frozen yogurt until well blended.
FREEZE 1 hour or until firm.
SCOOP into serving bowls. Garnish with additional cookies, if desired.


Cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (1 lb. 2 oz.) OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided OR Substitute the mint ones.
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
4 eggs


Preparation:
PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Place 30 of the cookies in food processor; cover. Process 30 to 45 sec. or until finely ground. Add butter; mix well. Press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until blended after each addition. Chop remaining cookies. Gently stir 1-1/2 cups of the chopped cookies into cream cheese batter. Pour over crust; sprinkle with the remaining chopped cookies.
BAKE 45 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Lift cheesecake from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 16 pieces to serve. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

2/3 c Oreo Cookies; Coarse Chopped
2 lg Eggs
3/4 c Sugar
2 c Heavy Or Whipping Cream
1 c Milk
2 ts Peppermint Extract

Instructions:

Place the cookies in a bowl cover and refrigerate. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in the sugar a little at a time and continue to whisk until completedly blended about 1 minute more. Pour in the cream and milk whisking to blend. Add the peppermint extract and blend in well. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions. After the ice cream stiffens (about 2 minutes before it is done) add the chopped cookies and continue freezing until the ice cream is ready. Let stand to ripen and harden. Makes 1 Generous Quart

Here is a good and easy recipe:

2-1/2 cups cold milk

2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O OREO Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

5 OREO Mint Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, halved



POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.

POUR into pie crust.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping and cookie halves just before serving. Store any leftover pie in refrigerator.

Put them in a blender with ice cream and milk and make a mint chocolate SHAKE!!! Ummmmmm ....e-mail me one too ; )

crush them in a food processor or blender add some butter and make a pie crust, it's great!

dip them in your glass of milk. easy and delicious.
