i've been having this really bad pain in my side i've had it for a few yrs now its in both sides not all the time but when it happens it hurts really bad & i wish it would go away, i've talk to a doctor once about it he said that it was sum gurl thing like after your time of the month thing ya kno.. but why would i jus be gettin like a 2 yrs ago?? ya kno...it jus don't make sense to me i am scared that it could be sumthing BIG.. but wat??? sumone help!!....

What kind of doctor did you see that said it was a "girl thing"? Was it a gynocologist? If so they usually do not say "girl thing" they specifically say what it is, like cramps or something else.
To be honest with you, without more specifics hon it is hard to give you any sort of clues as to a diagnosis. It could be anything! Especially not knowing your medical history and the type of pain your having and if it is on the front of backside.
If you are concerned go back to a real doctor and if they do not give you the answer come back and tell us the type of doctor and their diagnosis.

it is probably huge cramps from period pains.
I would recommed going to another doctor and maybe taking some x-rays. don't be afraid of them because its better to know that have it become worse.

It is probably your ovaries during your ovulation.
