Depends on the person. if your like Hanibal or hitler then it should be your highest aspiration.
Seriously one who thinks this way is deluded to think hell is a great big orgy. It is not everyone is in ultimate discomfort and desperately unloved. Who wants that.

Its just delusional, hell is a place of eternal torment, you never get out, you don't have friends and you never die. If you want to go to a place like that you need professional help.

People missunderstand hell's meaning. The bible never teaches of a giant orgy or fire furnace... Simply Satan & his followers will die in a fire pit. Just plain die. No burning forever or torture, just death. The thing is, while you may want to rest in what you call "Hell", us followers of God will be enjoying perfection and happiness in heaven.
