Lost bank tax forms.....what to do???

I lost some of my bank's tax forms which were sent to me. What is the best way(s) to go about replacing these?

Go to the bank and ask for replacements.

Ask the bank for replacements. No big deal, it happens all the time.

call the bank, they can give you another copy.
