If not, how can I get the glue out so I can perm my hair right after? I know I'm not suppose to do that, but I have to.

Oh I wouldn't do that. The hair can only take so much. Consult a salon please!

I would definitely NOT recommend you relaxing your hair with the extensions still in. That is not a good idea. Instead you should go to a hair supply store and get an adhesive remover that corresponds to the type of adhesive used to attach the extensions.
After you remove the glue. You shoul wait a day or two to relax your hair. I you relax your hair the day of, it could burn. Alot. Since your scalp will be a little irritated from the removal of the extensions

particular in case you experience like burning your roots. or thoroughly destroying your hair with a flat iron. the combination between both plus an eco-friendly stylist a diverse no-no. ... solid success

Why would you do that. Pick or another not both at the same time.Might damage the hair
