My ex-b/f and I just recently broke up and when we did, we made it clear that although we still really liked each other, we couldn't date anymore and we'd just be friends. It was the perfect most understandable finish to a relationship and we kind of just hung out as friends after that. As I was going inside, he said for me to 'call him'. I want to, but should I wait? And also, can I just call him to see what he's up to, would that be okay?

Its gonna be tough adjusting to being just friends, but it can work out just as long as you both let it work out that way

well yeah it would be ok just just call him. you guys ended as friends unlike most people with their relationships. it wont make you seem desperate or like you still like him. maybe he just wants to talk to you

Either make up or make it a clean break. The rest is just nonsense.

you did say x, didn,t you. so leave it at that, you had your reasons, don,t talk or see him, just walk away, and forget about him. that,s the only way to do it.
