i have this guy as my best friend and also my roomate, he has a problem related to sex, that his sex only works if he thinks he is girl and loves a guy, but he he does not want to be feel like this b/c he also is attractive towards girls but not that sexually active. and for this reason he stays depress and lonly. what should i do in order to help him is there any medical treatment for his problem.

Your friend may be gay or bi (or some variation thereof). There is no treatment except realization, and it is nothing to be ashamed or scared of.

Help him by supporting him and NOT judging him.

He is gay! It is not a medical problem with medical treatment.. it is a common and normal sexual orientation. he needs to hang out with people who understand him him and feel the same way. there might be support groups or others in his area that gather to discuss there thoughts and have fun, he needs to get involved with them to learn that he i not alone and how to begin to develope a positive sexual outook on his desires

sounds like he is just mixed up which is not too usual at a young age. he just needs to meet some hot horny girls his age and get it on. he'll never look at a man again.
