'Normal' would be between 4 and 6 times.
Anything more is wasteful and possibly a sign of OCD.
Anything less is stinky.

Once a day is normal in my opinion. My brother takes two-three a day which is kind of odd. I take one every other day most of the time. It all just depends on how much activity I'm doing. I'm surprised to hear that people take two showers a day. That seems weird but I guess it's normal.

once a day is normal. It isn't necessary to shower every day if you are mostly inactive and do not have body odor. It is better for your skin and hair not to put soap on it everyday too, unless you have a lot of styling products on it or it is naturally greasy or oily. Many times on the days I have time to exercise, I take a second quick shower to wash off the sweat before bed. Then the next morning all I have to do is wet my hair down and style it and wash my face off with clean water.

Once a day is normal to shower-- twice is normal as well.~~
I feel once a day to shower like in the morning and a nice relaxing bath at night if time permits or a second shower.

I usually take two.
I both like to go to bed clean and go to work clean.
I sweat when I sleep and if I did not shower before work I would smell by the end of my shift.
Use a mild soap though.
