The most stupid/silly way to die is any death that is preceeded by the words, "Hey,yall, watch this!" Most painful....fire.

A few years back the winner of the Darwin Award was a guy who died when he was giving an enima to an elephant. Apparently it worked a little too fast and the man was burried under a mound of elephant dung and suffocated. Search "Darwin Awards" for more stupid deaths.
I think drowning would be the worst way to go.

Most silly I would have to say is losing all my points on Yahoo Answers and going crazy!
Most painful would have to be having all your body parts rotated 360 degrees then back!

Silly/stupid: passing out drunk at the computer in the nude while signed into Y!A and never waking up.
Painful: consider the ending scene in Braveheart.
