Does anybody know if you can add charitable work as a credit on their federal return -- I created a website and currently maintain it for a 501c3 registered charity as a donation as opposed to charging for my work. How do I report my donated hours as a credit?

You can't. You can never deduct the value of your own labor. You may deduct your out-of-pocket costs if you had any, but that's it.

You can't -- labor is never deductible. But you can take a deduction for registration and web hosting costs, as well as for at least some of the ISP costs.
