Have access to using the RV parks on Military Bases around the country?

We were told no, but spoke to a National Guard retiree who says he has access to them. What is the answer?

The answer was in the National guard answer. Military retiree's have access to military parks and hotels. Someone who just served a partial term does not get the same privilages.

N O, You have got to be a US Military Retiree,
in order to use any Military Facilities on any
US Military Installation!! That includes US
National Guard Retirees because they are
Military!!

No, only retirees have access to WMR benefits...RV camps, cabins, military lodges (hotels), etc. The NG you spoke to is a RETIREE, not a 4 year vet. BIG difference.

Military campgrounds are restricted to career and retired military, disabled veterans, Department of Defense workers, and various others connected to active service and their guests. Unfortunately, the average soldier who served a short enlistment is not allowed to use the facilities unless invited as a guest. Each campground has slightly different criteria so always check first before you go.

no, the national guardsman is RETIRED that means he did 20 years in the guard and earned that right
