If you see a ghost, is it really a ghost???It could be someone in a state of astral travel that you are seeing. I am doing astral travel about 4 nights a week through no choice of my own. I wonder if the people who see me are perceiving me as a ghost when in actuality I am just out doing some astral travel. Lately when I come back in my body I start to choke. Does this happen to you??????

eri I looked at that site you posted and it actually rules astral travel out along with a long list of other things it does not accept on the challenge maybe you should read it. :D
As for the actual question (which is a very interesting question I must say) it could be possible that both is true if you believe in alternate dimensions. You must realize though that some spirits do realize that they are not a part of "our reality". I think that the ones that don't are either in a different dimenssion or are just left over energy from an extreme event.

no this does not happen to me. you could contact a person who studies paranormalalities. heres something that might expalin it if your not lying about whats happining to you. this is an example 2 help u understand.

Get real! There is no part of you that is capable of separating itself from your body. You may be delusional enough to believe it yourself, but that is all it is.
You don't have a soul, you are a soul. All the thoughts that you have come from very intricate brain function. I am not saying that you aren't hallucinating that you are astral traveling, but it is not reality. Your spirit is simply the breath of life that keeps you breathing and living, and you are a living soul. There are spirits who were created spirits, and there are humans. you and I and all of mankind, and that is what we are. We are either live humans or we are dead humans, in which case we are conscious of nothing...no brain function.

The bible tells us that Satan told the first lie to Eve, He convinced her that she "would not die."
He is still promoting that idea.
Jehovah told the first human pair that they would return to the dust of the ground.
The bible also tells us that the dead are conscience of nothing at all.
So when you see a ghost, it is really Satan or one of his demons disused as the one you knew or think you know.
