what r u measuring?..the area, the angle or the perimeter? the area is base multiplied by half the height..the angle u need a protractor and the perimeter u just add up all the lengths.. u can find the angle without a protractor, but its easier with a protractor..:-)

what are you trying to measure? length of the sides, angles, area? your question is a little vague. I would assume you could put a ruler on the sides and get the length, so for angles use a protractor. Area is 1/2 base times height. hope this helps.

To measure a triangle you need a folding rule.
To calculate how big the foot-point is you multiply
a with b and divide it by 2.
a is a side and b is a side.

Is this a simple question of measuring something on a piece of paper with a protractor and a rule. Or is there some other trick in it?

To measure sides, just use a scale.
To measure angles use a protractor
To measure area use the equation of square root of s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) where s=(sum of lengths of sides)/2 &a,b,c are sides.

Please be specific .... measure what?.
anyway the area of triangle equal to is 1/2 perpendicular x base

And the sum of all the angles must be 180 degrees.
For parameter simply add the Length of its three sides
