Depending on how the girl looks, I prefer both up and down. Some hair styles look wonderful on one girl but terrible on another. Mind you long hair I do like, especially if it is shiny and neat, I hate dead hair.

Down is best. When your hair is worn up or pulled back into a ponytail, it changes your appearance. Letting it down so it frames the face makes you look so much prettier.

i like my long layered hair.. so I positioned on it down as much as i will. the only element is it has an unsightly wave so if i are not getting to it I ought to pull it up. I even have section bangs too (: i like them a splash shorter however, like actual below my eye.

It depends. Some guys are different. I wear it down mostly...but sometimes I wear it up. It just depends.
