I was wondering can you get head lice more likely if you had a dry scalp or a greasy scalp?

Head lie generally get in your head if you have had contact with
someone that has had lice. Once you get it, you must sanitize everything in your home. Curtains, bed covers, carpets, stuffed animals, everything. You need to treat your hair immediately if you have this problem. They will get into any type of hair dry or greasy.

It has always been said that they go for clean hair as well as dirty. They are really horrible and when they hit your family you have to work hard to get rid of them. Kids with long hair should tie it back and school hats should be washed regularly.
