Of course be very interested in the subjects they're teaching. Show up to class every day, do your homework assignments, etc.

Show them that you are really trying. Pay attention and look at them when they are talking, especially when they are giving instructions. Don't goof off with your friends while in class. Respect everyone around you. If you have trouble, don't hesitate to meet with the teacher after class or after school. That is a big plus.

make an honest attempt to do all of your homework and ask questions about the assignments.
I believe teachers like people who participate in their classes.
It valildates them and makes them feel as if they matter and what they are doing is important.
Teachers like everyone else what to know that what they are doing is making a difference. Prove to them by their actions that it is!

let them no you do listen when they come around to chek something ask a small simple question add it with a i thought so a sweet smile and youre set

Pay them a truthful compliment,but not too often,and don't talk too much.Don't act like you know more than them,even if you do.
