Put a little bit of water in the bottom of a pot then put the crawfish in then put a lid on it cook on med heat the steam the crawfish, or if you are in a rush the microwave works ok. But really I find it to be really tasty cold.

I would either eat them cold in a salad, or I would boil them for a minute in some water with crab-boil (or whatever you seasoned them with.) Sigh, we don't usually have any leftover crawfish.....

Add them to a sauce or saute them quickly in butter and garlic. No need to overcook, so add them near the end of a recipe. If they have been previously frozen, you might consider serving them as a cocktail with your favorite spicy sauce, ala shrimp cocktail.

They are wonderful added to spicy cajun stews or any other fish and/or seafood stew or soup. Served with rice or pasta in a tomato or garlic/butter sauce following my previous suggestion to add them late in the cooking,.

Not sure if you mean boiled whole or just the tails.... I guess either way, I'd wrap in plastic and microwave on medium power about 3 minutes.

If they are still in their shells, put them in a colander & slowly pour some boiling water over them. If their in a sauce, nuke them for a couple of minutes.
