It cant really use its back legs but im not sure i just went out 2 feed it an it wont eat it an was tryin 2 *** out but cudn't now its jus lyin the kennel. Its 13 years old. Wat sud i do, my parents arent in!

If this is a joke it is sick - you need to get vet attention NOW if you havent already. Call your vets and they may even come out to the house if it is a big dog and you are unable to carry him.
