The sooner you call Social Services the better. Those kids are definitely in trouble.

Here's a website of information.
http://www.nhsdirect.wales.nhs.uk/nhsdw.aspx?id=108
Scroll down to the line:

"How do I contact my local Social Services Department?
To find out where your local Social Services departments are you can click here."

Good for you for looking out for your community. Good luck to those kids.

This is one of those situations where all you can do is call CPS/children's aid anonymously. You let them know everything that's going on, and if the children are too young to be left alone, likelyhood is they'll check on them at some point, and hopefully find the children alone and be able to take them away, and put them in a better home. Hopefully there is other family that will be able to take care of them, but either way, at least they will be in a safer environment.

Call Child Protective Services and the school principal right away. Parents are supposed to be advocates for their children. If they fail to meet this responsibility, there are others in our community who will do it for them. You are right to be concerned, and there is help out there. You don't have to tell your parents that you are the one who made the call. Just do it now, before someone gets hurt.

If you list what state you are in, I can get you the number to call.

call social services now! if there is more than one child you cant do anything about the fact that they will be separated, but if you want the child or children then you could do something about it, you could ask if it is possible to adopt them( for that go to a lawyer and get him to try to win custody for you).
