evil stares are genetic, I don't know how I do it, it just happens, and whoever I got annoyed enough to "look" at either tell me off or asks a very guilty "what?"

Practice it in a mirror. Try saying ugly things to your self, for added effect, if you are scared and insulted...voila! You have succeeded.
