It COULD work but the distance part is what will give you a lot of trouble. If the two people in the relationship are very committed to each other, I don't see why not.

Yes it can. If you two really love each other and make an effort to see each other , then yes it can work. But it is not easy. Yet, you have to have a lot of trust in that kind of relationship.
