Have you been taking it once a day at least? If it has been about 100 until now continue to take the temp every few hours. It may go back up, but when it stays down consistenly then labor is soon. It could be anywhere from 4 hours to 36 hours, so don't leave home until they come.
When labor is starting she will really scratch around her bedding in the whelping box you have hopefully set up. She may vomit so have rags and towels handy in addition to all your other supplies for a good whelping.
You will be able to visibly see the first contractions, her belly will kind of tighten up and release again.

Good luck!

They usually have the puppies about 12-24 hours after the temp drops to (or below) 99. I would move her to her whelping box and just leave her alone, but quietly check in on her every 30 minutes or so.

Yep
The first sign that she is ready will be she starts to nest, she will dig around in her nesting box or wherever she wants to have pups, she will be unsettled for one - two days prior to whelping (birthing).
Once she starts contractions only allow one hour from first contraction to first pups birth then 1/2 hour between each other pup. If it goes longer than this get her to vet as mother dogs can get tired and give up or get a pup stuck, she may need some extra help. The vet may try oxytocin to get the birth going and if this doesn't work then caesarian may be required.
Good luck and enjoy the birth.
PS have lots of towels ready :)

yes, 99 is low for a dog and their temp drops before labor.

You should be expecting pups within the next 12 hours.

If there are no pups in 24 hours, be on the phone with a vet, there may complications.
