I dont recommend getting kanji unless you are chinese they are kind of trendy like the tribal armband and are the kind of tattoo you will get tired of people asking questions about and getting the palms of your hands and the bottoms of your feet tattooed are terribly painful look terrible when finished compared to other areas and most of the ink falls out

I like the idea, I'm going to be getting the zodiac sign for Dragon on my wrist soonish! I'm excited. What kind of symbol do you want? Zodiac? Inspirational? Uncommon? A letter? That would work best for being a small single tattoo under your toe. The link is a general search for chinese symbols, the first seven results will probably be best for you. Good luck, I hope it turns out well!

Firstly if you can spell yourself then you're going to have more luck getting something in ChinEse that's more accurate. Youc an get whatever you want, it's a language, it's like saying "What's something in English I can get as a tattoo?", just pick something that's going to mean alot to you always. People advise against other language tattoos, but I'm all for them because they give a privacy in the meaning of the tattoo just to you. I'm NOT for picking them off a flash sheet, research it yourself, well, and get it verified a few times by independant people to make sure it's 100%

if you don't have a specific idea about what you want a tattoo to be, you should not get it. A tattoo should be something that can be associated with you, kind of like a man made birth mark. You shouldn't go searching for an idea to tattoo, you should already have something with a strong presence in your life you wish to express additionally in tattoo form.

a lot of people get chinese symbols that means "peace" or "love" .. but you`ll never know what the symbols really mean, because the chinese language doesn`t use words to spell out things, instead, they use symbols, so becareful not to get something like "beef&brocolli" on your toe.

Hmm it's Chinese not Chinise...might want to rethink getting a CHARACTER (not a symbol) on yourself if you don't know what it means and you're just getting it to get a Chinese character.

First select an artist that
you really like their work.
Let them help you with the
Placement and selection
of the type of tattoo you
want. Ink is Forever....
Chinese Symbols are
so over done. Think
about it a lot first.....
