I have a job interview for Thomas Cook to be an oversea rep, can anybody please give me some information?

Basically i would like to know what i will be doing in the interview, they have said that there will be some group and individual exercises. I would just like to know what to expect and any help you could offer whether it was a thomas cook or another travel company you had the interview for.

Hi Done all the tour operators interviews they are quite hard. You may have to do some forward work like a presentation and they will generally give you a maths exercise and give you a prop to make a sales speech with or this can be done as a group. Also role plays. Airtours make you sing and dance!! Just smile and be yourself don't be nervous they are looking for you not a doll. I know they normally have lots of managers there as they generally do a group interview for about 100 odd people then they have 1-1 for everyone. If you have a foreign language they ask q in that language. Whole interview process last about 5-6 hours. Good Luck.
