How do you get them off... Is there anything I can use?

Try using a paint scraper- plastic preferbly if u can get just the edge up on them then try pouring nail polish remover under neath them to loosen the glue and keep pulling it up as it loosens!

Try to peel the edge up with a razor blade but be careful of the blade!
