because my friends say tall guys dont dig shorties and they like average height and tall
even though im only 4 11 and i have a guy whos like 6 ft who says im sexy n he likes me sooo whats the truth..?

Well im 6'5", and I like short girls. But to be more specific, the traits that I look for in a woman, have nothing to do with her height, its more in the connection between us, the eye contact, the way that we interact with each other, if were able to hold a conversation without trying, things like this. Why are you so concerned about something as small and minute as this? Some tall guys like short girls and some tall guys like tall girls, and likewise.

I'm 5'4" and all but 2 or 3 of my boyfriends were well over 6 ft tall. They all preferred short girls. A lot of tall guys get real protective and silly over short little girls, so use it to your advantage! Your friends don't know jack, maybe they are hot for your boyfriend and are trying to scare you away from him? Wouldn't be the first time something like that has happened.

Have you taken a look around? How many tall men do you see that are not with a short girl? That is so not true and I know for a fact because I myself am a tall female and the only men that attempt to talk to me are shorter than me.
In fact I also have to disagree with the user Person because yes some tall women do like shorter men because the tall men are looking past the tall women.

I would imagine this depends on the boy and the girl in question. Seeing as to say anything else would be generalizing.
On the whole though, height - or lack of,does not seem to be a huge issue with most men.
From personal experience though, I am under 5ft and my b/f is just over 6ft - if that counts for anything.

No that's not true, because look at Pamela Anderson & her EX, Tommy Lee......(he's born exactly on my birthday, same year, by the way,too, Amazing, hoh), anyway... My EX, was 6'4", and I'm 5'6", and his EX, before me, was only 5'1", so, those are just a couple of examples. It all just depends on the guy, and his taste in women. Dont go by the rumors, there just rumors... Every man is different. And also, my sister & I believe guys who are taller, have "Bigger Packages" too!! Oh-HOH!! Now that alone is worth dating a tall man, over!! HaHa!!! Smile!!! So, hey tell all your friends what I said, and "Hands OFF!!!" If you and your guy ever get serious!!HaHaHa!!! Smile!!!

I'm 6'8", 280lbs, muscular built and I am currently dating a girl about your height. She's very beautiful and has a smoking hot body. Eventhough, she's only 5'0" but her figure is very pleasant look at, 36D-cup, 24 inch waist, 30 inch hips, just like an hour glass figure.
The only problem is that I'm TOO BIG for her size. When we share our passion moment, she said it hurts because mine is all the way into her uterus; therefore, I have to be very gentle.
So to answer your question is no, tall guys like me, we don't have any problem with short girls, but will you have any problem when it comes to bed-time?

I am barely 5ft and my husband is 6ft2. My ear reaches up to his heart and when we hug I just stand there and listen to his heart beat. My husband thinks that is one of the sweetest sexiest things he has ever seen. We fit together like a glove even though he is 14 inches taller than me. SO to answer your question tall guys do dig short girls and if they really thought about it they would realize just how romantic it really is.

Tall guys love short girls!!!! Most men like women significantly shorter than they are..
It makes them feel like a man, and a petite gal to them is sexy.
They want to feel like the protector of the relationship, and the height difference helps with that.
