i know how you feel Hun, sometimes it just grabs hold of you are wont let go. i advise you go and see your doctor, it might just be a little phase the you will shake off eventually but dont be alarmed if he diagnoses you with depression. i was mortified when my doctor diagnoses me but the truth is that so many people have been depressed at some point so your not alone.
try and enjoy the little thing in life like going for long walks etc.
good luck sweetheart, but I'm sure you will be OK. x

I know the feeling, been feeling like tht myself for the past couple of weeks, Maybe ur lacking in some vitamins or not eating food as u should be, maybe ur lacking in vitamins, someone said abt Vitamin B to me, havnt tried it though,
Your not a pisces r u? cos they tend to feel sad most times, very emotional ppl, u need to push urself into doing something even if u cant be doing it,
Or maybe you could play some tunes and let it all out,Or go and visit a graveyard and collect your thoughts, Or go to a hospital and see some ppl who are really ill,
You know what i wish to do? id love to have that blue sofa and have ppl coming and sitting talking their problems to me (yep like the kleenex advert) and i would def ask you to be the first to sit with me and just 'Let it out'

Hard to answer as you don't give any details. Maybe its the time of year, dark damp days. Try talking to your doctor, you may have depression. Don't worry, this is common and can be treated.
Sorry i can't wave a magic wand and answer your question as you may like. If there is no obvious reason for your depression then your doctor is your best bet. Wish you well. x

Perhaps you are just sad...everybody feels upset for no reason from time to time. Another, more medical, reason is that perhaps you are suffering from depression. If it persists and is something more than just a "i feel sad and i'm not sure why", then perhaps you should talk to a doctor or a phsyciatrist.

I strongly advise you to go to a psychologist before you have a real depression.
Maybe some pills will do.

maybe elaborate a little more, you say nothing of your lifestyle or job or anything, maybe if you start looking at those aspects you may find your answers, OR you are just having a few off days.
