Are you talking about the handshake where you extend your index finger and put it on the other person's pulse point (on their wrist)? I think I read that in a Gardner (?) book years ago and it wasn't a secret handshake per se as much as a way to get people to remember you (i.e. to influence others). But other than that obscure memory of having read that somewhere - I don't recollect a secret witches handshake.

There may be one in covens but I do not know of a secret handshake.
Now days most witches in covens and even solitary witches do not use a secret handshake, but a different name other then their real name.

I do not believe there is a "secret witches handshake" the idea seems impractical. Not all witches, especially solitaries, could all know it. I am a witch and I do not know of any secret handshakes.
