I would just like to say this for all those people who are 'suicidal'. There is another way to solve your problems. I'm sick of people asking how to kill theirselves. My sister never had the chance to live and you's are wanting to throw your lives away ! ? I understand that you's feel desperate but live for the people that never had the chance ! Get off Yahoo! Answers and go and get help ! Does anyone agree with me ?

Ben b - I'm not heartless ! I just think if your on Yahoo! answers asking everyone 3 times how to slit your wrists, you ain't gonna do it ! I feel sympathy for anyone who's that low that they feel that's their only option. believe it or not i've been there as well but I've woke up and smelled the coffee !

i carnt agree more bless you for talking from the heart that takes a lot of guts. i always think people who say they are going to do it are just attion seeking its the people that dont get a choice in the matter or people who dont think there is anyone there they can talk to i feel for so glad some one can bring this question up with has much conpassion has you have well done x

Im as glad at these people getting off yahoo, and killing themselves, as i am at your mothers baby not making it.
Thats basically what your saying.
Your mother had a tragedy, with an unborn baby.
now, your taking it out on the depressed seeking communication via this site, tedious though it may be, to the heartless and impatient.
grow up.
Yes, on research, some do linger the sympathy, i respect your point, in a way.....i still feel your anger may be mis directed, and an anger that needs better conclusion than answers?

Your question really infuriated me, sometimes those who want to live die and some who have the chance to live, want to die, life isn't black or white, its complicated. You should try to be understanding, there are people who are deadly desperate and think their life is not living, so if getting reassurance from some stranger online might make them feel better, i'm all for it. Some people have serious problems, and this restricts their lives so much, they feel they are left with no option, the sooner you understand this the better.

firstly i am very sorry that your sister didnot have a chance to live.. However that does not mean that there are not people out there who usually through no fault of there own feel their life is so bad they want to end it. These feeling are often unjust and to someone like yourself who is not suicidal , it may be hard to understand but remember depression is a medical condition it is an illness and because of attitudes like yours and the steriotypes attatched people dont seek help...

i can understand how you feel seeing questions like that when youve gone threw a painful experience with your sister i have a 5yr old daughter that has a heart condiction and although i didnt read the question your talking about if i losted my daughter i would feel suicidal ok i cant imagine if im that depressed that i wanted to commit suicide i would be on here talking about how to do it but the fact that they are says there is a chance for them yet with a few kind words in the right direction

Totally agree with you although some people do get very low there are alternatives out there, they should do voluntary work with sick children and realise that they have got something going for them. One of the best questions I have read on this site well done.

These ppl who are suicidal and come on yahoo, Its a cry for help, they really dnt wanna commit suicide, they want someone to listen to them and help them, we needto equipt ourselvs better to help these ppl, when a person is suicidal they just do it and dont ask for how to do it, All i can say is please helpthem, talk to them and advice them in tht way u wont feel bad if anything bad does happen,

i totally understand your point but unfortunately there are people who are desperate..yes maybe it is a cry for help but whats not human and normal about that? a friend of mine committed suicide a few years ago and i still empathise with people who think of doing it,i dont feel bitterness,its life,life sucks..lets face it

yes i agree but for some people YA is the only place they feel they can vent their true feelings. some people they feel so low they can't imagine anyone can help, for others YA is a good source of attention

I agree, and I think it is scary that people are asking how to kill themselves, worse still I think its even scarier people responding with ways! Sorry about your sister.
