Do you have a George Foreman Grill? If so, just throw a piece of cheese on the bread w/ham in the middle, and another piece of cheese on it. Throw the other piece of bread on top, and in 3-4 minutes tops, you got yourself a grilled ham n cheese sammy! Then pour some juice or milk in a cup w/lid and you're all set. (enjoy)

breakfast: oatmeal, frozen waffles or pancakes, poptarts or toaster strudels. lunch: bagels with cream cheese (yummy, i used to bring this all the time, especially bagels from panera!), you can make pita sandwiches or tortilla wraps instead of sandwiches, tuna on toast is always good, also those little tuna and cracker lunches you can buy, you can pack hot soup in a thermos with crackers or bread to go with it. veggies with some ranch are always a good side. you can always pack salad in a baggie and some dressing separately to make a salad! good luck, hope this helped!

you can do this: get two slices of bread, add very little butter, cheese and ham,and bake for 1 minute in the microwave...the cheese and the butter melts and it becomes really yummy....it doesn`t take more than 2 minutes to make...if it isn`t enough,on the way to work get yourself a cereal bar and that will be it for the next few hours for sure... :)

i am always rushed in the mornings too and believe me i love to eat. if your really on the run, a granola bar is always good. and believe it or not, toast is one of the easiest and fastest things to make!
i jump out of the shower, get dreesed, do my hair, and pop 2 slices of bread in.
like just maybe 2 min to toast and 2 min to put on your butter/jelly.
almost no clean up and BAM! you got yourself a filling breakfast,

I really like Zone Bars or Luna Bars. They keep me full for 3 hours or so and I can eat them on the run. Plus, they are really good for you!
