My dog doesnt look like shes feeling well, shes pooing all over the house and its diarrhea! She can usually hold it in okay, but shes doing her business ALL OVER! I'm not sure whats wrong with her and I'm really worried. Does anyone know whats wrong? I didnt see her digest anything and she eats innova, no changes in her diet.

Just trying to get some feed back before I call the vet.

Sounds like some sort of worm or other internal parasite. If you haven't already get her to the vet as soon as possible (probably will be tomorow since its late) For the night just make sure you watch her and take her outside frequently since just like a human she is going to have problems knowing exactly when she has to go with diarrhea. Make sure she has extra water since she can get dehydrated pretty quick with the diarrhea. If you have some, you can also try some pedialyte to help rehydrate her. Good luck!

You've got acknowledged categorically that they aren't worm eggs and presumably the vets could have checked for different parasites. So that is my prime suspect Ascarids or roundworms ruled out (they'd higher be right - see the link) What stays?: are the puppies scrunching up bones, is the excellent white crumb like material in their food or some thing else they eat? If now not then it has to be anything that is growing in them would not it?
