IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED A BETTER PHOTO RESIZER SO HERE IT IS www.ShowYourPhotos.com
IT IS A VERY SIMPLE AND EASY PROGRAM TO USE - AND GUESS WHAT IT IS FREE
WHEN YOU GET IT DOWNLOADED OPEN UP THEN
1. CLICK ON NO.1 GET A PIC
2.THEN CHANGE THE WIDTH WHICH IS OPTION NO 2
ANY SIZE YOU WANT TO LARGE OR SMALL
WHEN YOU CHANGE THE WIDTH- THE HEIGHT WILL CHANGE AUTOMATIC
3.CHANGE QUALITY TO 100%
4,THEN GO TO 4 AND SAVE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR SEND BY EMAIL SO ENJOY.. I USE IT EVERYDAY.

the quality will get worse as you make it smaller, there is no way around this. the only way for an image to get smaller while maintaining its quality is to have smaller pixels on screen or for you to physically walk farther from the screen
