there is this guy i like but i am not sure if he likes me he is always flirting with me but then i see him with other girls he is really cute. he is not one of those guys that just want the girl because of her looks though. so what do i do?

He may just want to be friendly and you took it up in the wrong way. If he really likes you to be his girl then he will he will eventually ask you out. If he flirting with you and other girls in the same manner then you just be friendly with him. save embarrassment later.

The easiest way is tell that you like him and ask if it is possible to going out to know each other better. You should be prepared If he say no and don't take that so seriously.
