Simple Tuna Melts

"This is a simple, less rich, but very tasty recipe for tuna melts. It's the only tuna melt I make and my husband is a convert from the traditional kind to mine!"

COOK TIME 10 Min
READY IN 15 Min

INGREDIENTS
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
1/2 small onion, minced
pepper to taste
12 slices pickled jalapeno
2 English muffins, split
4 slices Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, combine tuna, minced onion, and black pepper. Divide mixture onto 4 halves of English Muffins. Arrange 3 slices jalapenos on each muffin half. Top each with a slice of Cheddar cheese. Place on baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble.

AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! The most amazing easy dessert in the history of time! IF you like Tagalongs (those girl scout cookies) you will LOVE these. Ok,

Ingrediants:

package of Ritz round crackers (1)

Peanut Butter (I don't really know how much, but you only need a small dolpe per cookie)

Chocolate Chips (1-1 1/2 cups ish)

Directions:

OK, take one Ritz cracker and and spread about a tablespoon of peanut butter and spread it onto the inside of the cracker. Next, take a second cracker and place it ontop of the peanut butter spread cracker (like a little mini sandwich). Inbetween making little Ritz cracker sandwichs, take a small bowl and put the chocolate chips into it. PUt them in the microwave for about a minute or so, stirring them every 15 seconds or so. When the chocolate chips are completely melted and you have made as many little sandwichy things as your heart desires, dip them into the melted chocolate. put them on a cookie sheet with wx paper on them. Then put them into the refridgerator to harden/cool.

Enjoy!

EASY MEATLOAF

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 small onion chopped
2 eggs whole
2-3 slices of bread

Wet bread with water and tear apart into small chunks. Add a regular size jar of Ragu mushrooms and green peppers (or your choice). Mix all ingredients well and put into an ovenproof dish.
Bake at 450°F about 35 mintues.

Remove from oven and add honey bbq sauce on top, enough to spread over top. Return to oven and cook on broil for 5 minutes longer; just enough to brown the top of the sauce.

A few slices of fresh green pepper rings or onion rings may be put on the top of the meatloaf for decoration.

Let cool and serve.
