It feels like there is a pressure built up inside of it or something and when I applied pressure to it something moved, kinda like a popping feeling, but not so much.

There's no pain or anything else unusual. Anybody know what it might be?

No pain - but pain down the left arm is a symptom of one kind of heart attack. I would really wonder if is related to heart. Does the same pressure feeling go into the neck? Do you have a way to take your blood pressure? It would not hurt to call your doctor's answering service and he'd probably call you back. Might tell you not to worry!

Dr. Shaw is acceptable, yet for prompt action consequences, take what he reported, then practice Ben gay on the two your palms. If the two your palms have Ben gay on them, the two palms will relax (Ben gay is a muscle relaxant) and bigger blood bypass will happen and could velocity up the healing technique. additionally, for greater beneficial speedier consequences, located Ben gay on the two palms, and the two Legs for optimum blood bypass.
