That song by Wham is not called Jitterbug, it's called "Wake Me Up ( Before You Go Go )". The first line of which begins with the word "Jitterbug". I'm not sure if that's still what you're looking for. I believe there was a much older song called "Jitterbug", but I don't know who sang it.

Believe it or not there was a song "The Jitterbug" written by Harold Arlen for The Wizard of Oz and sung by Judy Garland and the cast. It was cut from the film in favor of "Over The Rainbow". It is included on the "Extras" selections of the double dvd movie.
