I rented a limo and took 8 of my very best friend out to a really fancy dinner then we rode around town. came to my house and had a sleep over

I say have a themed party like Hawaiian or something like that! Go to a local part store and see what you can find there!

dance party fo sho!
invite everyone, and let them bring friends.
play loud music and turn off the lights
no adults, tell them to stay out of sight
but it will be cool
even if you don't know everyone, they will be talking bout your crazy party for weeks...
