I can pull a hang nail off and bleed seemingly forever because I apparently don't clot well. Any hints on what supplements I could take to improve my ability to clot?

Vitamin K deficiency causes problems in clotting. Green leafy vegetables and alfalfa are the richest sources. Vitamni K is fat soluble but there is an artificial one that is water soluble that is available for therapy. In adults intestinal bacteria produce it. If you have been on antibiotic therapy or had chronic diarrhea or used mineral oil it causes deficiency.Bile salts are needed for absorption. If there is a reduction of bile salts it can cause a defiency.( it is also found in egg yolk, soy bean oil, liver, cauliflower, and tomatoes. )
