Obviously ride one of those gondala things. The light saber can be used as a flash lite if it's dark out, the bullet proof vest can be used for your protection when the fish start rebelling against the local fish markets and start shooting everyone, then the crackers can be used to give strength to the gondala rower after he gets shot.
Wait r there even gondalas in Paris... if not there should be.
