Go to a pet store and buy some 'Grannick's Bitter Apple' spray. Spray it on the things you don't want your pooch to chew. It works like a charm for my pup.

You need to be consistently correcting her bad behavior. I would suggest putting a leash on her and having her drag it around with her. When she starts to chew something that you don't want her to, pull on the leash really quickly and release just as fast. It doesn't hurt her it is just a shock effect that should help her relize it is unwanted behavior. It is the equivalent of pulling on a persons wrist. DO NOT pull to HARD but you can't pull to SOFT. You are pulling upward and back but not hard to pull her off her front paws. Most dogs grow out of it. She is probably teething. She might enjoy eating ice. The Kong brand dog toy is good for dogs of all ages but it helps with teething. You can put some dog food water, put it in the center of the Kong and freeze it in there they usually enjoy that. You can get freezing dog toys at the pet store. It helps... my baby girl loved them.

confinement lol only let it in rooms where you are so you can tell her no and give her an alternative chew toy, make sure she has lots toys and don't leave her in rooms where she likes to chew on stuff when you leave, get some baby gates or close the doors or a crate can be very helpful just never leave your dog in the crate for longer than 4hrs if you use one :)
