Unfortunately no, there isn't anything you can do and actually it is best not to ~ unless of course it is dangerous. Babies experience and discover through their tactile environment. So by touching and tasting, they are exploring and discovering the world around them. To take that away would be not a wise childcare choice. They need to learn to grow and understand the world they live in.

Of course, as always, if it is dangerous - immediately remove it from the baby and choose a safe toy or play with. Depending on the age of the baby, it is best not to reprimand but to distract with a positive stimulus. babies will not understand harsh NONO - it is best just to redirect their focus on something safe.

It depends on how old the child is. If it's a baby where whatever they put in their mouth is dangerous and they can choke, you can always have them in a playpen with safe toys and just let them chew on them. If the child is older and you cannot control that, you can just keep an eye on them and make sure there is nothing dangerous they can put in their mouth. If you wanted to teach a child to do it in a minute, it's impossible, this is a job for the parents, all you can do is control the environment the child will be in and make sure there is nothing dangerous around.. just let them do their own thing. They usually are entertained that way anyway, so they will not give you trouble while they are chewing on things :o)

You can't.. it is their job to put things in their mouth .. hahaha.. but you do have to watch closely that they do not put anything harmful ... You can say 'no no no", and some day all those 'no's' will be something detrimental to the child hahahaaha.. raising kids now days is a no win situation... hahaha...

You can't its the oral stage when a child tastes everything. What you can do is stop watching this screen and messing about on the computer and do what you are paid to do and watch the child!
