The web site below says : Delta passengers with baggage, arriving by public bus, should get off at Bus Stop 3.
Delta passengers check in at Terminal 3, except for Song passengers who should check in at Terminal 2.
Web site www.airwise.com/airports/
US/JFK/JFK_01.html says: JFK has 9 terminals
Terminal 1 is for Aeromexico, Air France, Alitalia, Japan Airlines, Lufthansa and others.
Terminal 2 is for Continental and Song flights.
Terminal 3 is the Delta terminal plus some other airlines.
Terminal 4 is the main international terminal, most non-US airlines plus Northwest use this terminal.
Terminal 5 is temporarily closed.
Terminal 6 is for JetBlue flights.
Terminal 7 is the British Airways terminal, plus Air Canada, Cathay Pacific, Icelandair, Qantas, Thai and United.
Terminal 8 is the American Airlines international terminal plus Finnair flights.
Terminal 9 is for American Airlines domestic and American Eagle.
Even though it says Terminal 2 is for Continental and Song flights, I picked up a friend last week, flying Delta, at Terminal 2.
Google "JFK Delta Terminal" for more information.
