two people share a laugh, he thinks they're laughing at HIM!
It's just like King Solomon said, "All is vanity, (egotism and pride), and vexation of spirit!"

There is a big probelm in this society is it a 4 letter word called SELF.
There are people who are self centered, self absorbed and selfish and you are 100% right.
We should love and respect ourselves however it is not all about me but rather all about God.
We need to be honest and examine our motives of WHY we want things.
The happiest people are the ones who think of others and care about others and love others see Matthew 5:3-12 on this.
