Eat a very good diet of fresh fruit and veg. Wash your face twice a day with a good facial wash and drink plenty of plain water.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Good old fashioned bar soap. Acne is from having too much oil in your skin. Soap dries your skin out tremendously. If you wash with soap and warm water, rinse with cool water to close your pores. Do this in the morning and at night before you go to bed. If your skin feels dry and tight use a light moisturizer before bed.

NO, soap is NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you do not want to dry out your skin! if you dry it out, it will produce more oil to make up for it and get worse! your skin is better the more moisturized it is.
if you have a zit already, you can dry it out with products and aggressive creams. but for your skin, you need as much mositure as possible. i use tons of face cream and it helps so much. i take normal, simple moisturizing cream, not one that helps fight pimples.

the healthier =less thirsty your skin is, the prettier it will be! even if you have zits, you can still have healthy, glowing skin that makes the whole look better.

eat healthy and drink lots of water! good luck!

I agree with Angel, bar soap is the best way to dry out the skin, thus less oil and less acne! :) There is a bar soap that you can get from your Dermatologist, very cheap, and very effective! Good luck to ya! :)

everybody's skin responds slightly differently to the various treatments available on the market. however you are looking at least a couple of weeks minimum. This was my experience with using clearpores.
