Prom...How should I ask her?

I know prom is in a couple of months, but my school is selling tickets this coming week. I already have a girl in mind, but I want to ask her in a really creative way that she will remember. I don't want to just go up to her and ask her, because that is just plain. Any suggestions? Thanks alot!

Are you sure she is not going with someone else?

Hate to be the one to say it, but the longer you take to come up with a creative way to ask her, the more chance you risk in loosing going with her... I know some people that waited just too long, or did all of these nice fancy ways to ask the girl, and got rejected because they already had a date...

But, on to your idea, take her out to a movie and on a date. When the night is almost over, get on one knee and say something like:
"Would you do me the honor of allowing me to escort you to this years prom,"

I know if someone asked me like that, I would definitely remember and would have a hard time saying NO to him.

Some other thoughts here, the bonus of going out with her if you have not already is it is that ice breaker that might help you see if you still want to go with her. Nothing worse than going to the prom with someone you think is great, but as soon as you to are there she runs off with other people or you and her just can't make a conversation...

Other creative thoughts, send her flowers or a card.
A face to face asking her out is going to be a big deal, especially if you make her feel like she is the most important girl you are asking out, not your 100th attempt just to find someone to go with...

Go to a flower shop and send her flowers during the school day with a note saying (what u feel singing it hope you wil say yes and your name) this way she gets the in vite during school and it very sweet!!
