Yes, i´d do it. Volunteering abroad is a great way to get to know the culture and people of a country. I had the chance to volunteer in another country and you get a great "inside look" at how things work. It´s also a plus that someone will get a day off for their hard work.

Depends on what the manual labor is and how much interaction I would have with the other workers. If there were no opportunity for me to learn something by doing this then I probably wouldn't do it.

I sure would if it was something I was capable of doing. I think it would be fun to see what it's like to work abroad. =)
