Well friday we had a dance right, my friend AT EVERY DANCE(it is ALWAYS about the same things!!!) gets mad and depressed to get atteniton and like she was like "I don't think we can be friends anymore." and shez like my only friend but then I asked this guy i really like and Really want to go out with but my friend was mad at me not for that but her made up life to get attention, and well the guy I like was like YEA! But then he was like why and I expressed my feelings but then hez like well won't it ruin ur friendship with Tina, and I don't really want to be friends with Tina TELL ME WAT TO DOO!!!! O ya and Tina likes the guy that asked me out and he turned her down..... and yea i can't emphasize how much I like him!!!!!

I know what your going through-I had this friend that was all about herself- people like that need some major help!!!!! If you like him that much then I say go for it- Tina may get mad at you but that's only because she wants him for herself- with friends like that who needs enemies?!!!!! Don't let people like that ruin your chance at the guy who you like and likes you back!

If you really, really, really don't like her, then i say that you should just go for the guy. If he says that he doesn't want to ruin your guises relationship, then just tell him that, that doesnt' matter and that its hopeless AND that you'd rather be with him anyways! This happens all the time to my friends. Go ahead and go with your heart. If you love this guy then go out with him, if your friend is your true friend, she will get over it and be there for you.
