don't. I am tired of people saying that illnesses don't exist when they:
1.Know noone that has it
2. Know nothing about it.
3. Then blames the people that have it for making it up
What is the name of that disease?
Oh, THE I DON'T JACK DISEASE ( andI want to waste 5 points on Yahoo answers)

egoes often don't let people, all people, see the 'whole truth' about things. they know some and just assume they know that 'all'. in truth, no one knows the 'whole' truth about hardly anything at all. we aren't god although some might think they are as knowledgeable

You'll have to understand that 95% of those who answer questions in this section are not nurses, doctors, or anyone related to the medical field. Therefore, you follow advice at your own risk.

Those who haven't had medical training aren't aware of diseases or conditions they've never encountered, and therefore assume they don't exist. To those who do think they know everything there is to know, it's egotistical. Even with training, there are some rare conditions out there that we may not have personally encountered or researched. This doesn't mean they don't exist though. When I hear of something I'm not sure about, I look it up. There's always something new one can learn from another.

Some people write looking for support, if they have a specific condition and consult your physician, have treatment, etc. they still want to hear other people's opinion, specially if they have or known somebody with the same condition.
... Now, There are many people with the knowledge due to experience or education and they don't mind spending some time answering and helping.
Others have good intentions, regardless of the ignorance of the subject.
and others just plain are looking for ways to spend some time.
