Cramping on & off is just your uterus enlarging, this is your first baby so your body has never experienced what it is going through. If you have cramping & bleeding you should consult your OB asap. Now, you say you are about 9-17 wks?? Have you actually been to a doctor yet?

i'm 10 weeks (11 next week) and it's normal to cramp. As long as you're not having severe bleeding. If you are cramping AND bleeding, just call your OBGYN. My OBGYN said it was normal to cramp throughout your pregnancy b/c your Uterus is growing and stretching and it needs to for your baby to grow. It will feel similar to PMS cramps. Hope this helps :) Do you not know how far along you are????

For me is normal.I had cramping during my 1st pregnancy.Dr said is was the uterus, that started to stretch. Definitely , you should ask your Dr,never stay without a doctor's opinion while pregnant.
