I know Soma is a muscle relaxant but does it do the same thing as vicodin? All the online international pharmacies that ive seen dont offer vicodin, but soma is always on there. im just curious about the similarities and the differences between the two.

Soma (Carisoprodol) is a muscle relaxant and Vicodin is a narcotic pain reliever. Therefore, they are in two diffferent drug classes.

Some doctors will prescribe Soma to increase the effects of Vicodin or other narcotic pain relievers. Taking the two together can cause serious health problems.

Vicodin is a Narcotic Analgesic (Pain-Killer). And Soma is a very strong muscle Relaxant. The difference in the feeling between the two is this. If you take vicodin it will help with pain, and give you a strong euphoric (high) feeling. Soma helps you to relax, and helps a lot with sleep. Compare it to the feeling of drinking 4 or 5 beers. Hope I could be of some help!

First of all, those drugs you mention are illegal to possess without a prescription just as marijuana is. More so actually, as they are considered narcotics. Second, while it is unlikely weed will kill you, I beg to differ that alcohol doesn't intensify it- the worst spins I ever got was when I smoked a blunt and then drank a few shots of bourbon. Third, you are right- drug abuse is never good. Period.
